A leaning post, a broken panel, or storm damage does not always mean a full replacement. We come out, take a look, and fix what is actually wrong, whether that is one post or a whole section.

Every repair is different, which is why we look at it in person before quoting anything. These are the situations we see most often.
A post that has heaved, rotted, or come loose from its base throws off the whole line next to it. We reset or replace the post so the fence stands straight again.
Wind and falling limbs can take out a section fast. We assess what is salvageable and rebuild the damaged run to match the rest of your fence where we can.
Cracked boards, warped panels, or sections knocked loose over time. We replace what is damaged without tearing into fence that is still solid.
Gates that sag, stick, or will not latch usually come down to worn hardware or a frame that has gone out of square. We rehang and reframe so it swings clean again.
Repairs to an existing fence typically do not require a new permit the way a full replacement might. If your project grows into a larger rebuild, many Southeast Michigan cities do require one, and we handle the permit as part of the project.
We work through the winter, no problem.
